This book is 5.5"x4.25" (and 2" thick) plus a serlock binding so that it opens wide. Each of the 12 types of needle has a illustration for each size of needle, a chart for which thread for each size and a wool fabric sheet to store you needles safely. there are plastic sheets on the covers of the books for durability.
