DIMENSIONS: This listing (Square Frame) fits standard embroidery hoops with a screw tensioner. The frame will usually cover about an 1/8" of the fabric of your work. 

For a 6" hoop: Hoops are typically 6.25" in diameter. The frame is 9" wide and has an interior opening of 5.75".
