Our Store
Where are you located?

We are located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada at 550 Days Road! You can shop with us in person, online, by phone, or even by Zoom! 

Do you service machines?

Yes we do! We have three service technicians at our store who are able to service machines. If you would like to have your machine serviced you may book an appointment by calling us at 613-389-2223 or bring your machine in to us to be added to the queue. Wait time for service can be up to 3 weeks. You can view a price list here.

Do you do alterations?

No, we do not do alterations, but we recommend fellow local businesses: Laurrie's Alterations at 506 Days Road or Imperial Professional Sewing at 1758 Bath Road.

Ordering Fabric
How do I order fabric?

You may have noticed our fabric prices are in cents, that because we sell fabric by the centimetre. That way you are able to get the exact amount you need for your project! In the quantity section, add how many centimetres you would like. For example, if you want 1 metre, type in 100. The minimum cut is 10cm (4"). See our handy conversion chart below if you're used to yards and inches!

What happens when I unsubscribe from Loyalty Program emails?

If you choose to unsubscribe from loyalty program emails, you will no longer receive emails from us when you earn points, have unlocked a reward, have changed tiers, or receive unique discount codes. You will also not be warned before your points are due to expire.

What happens when I unsubscribe from Email Marketing?

If you choose to unsubscribe from email marketing, you will no longer receive newsletters, exclusive promotions, upcoming class notifications, new product updates, or bonus informational emails for products like our Advent Calendar, Aurifil Thread Labs, or Block of the Month programs.

What happens when I unsubscribe from SMS Marketing?

If you choose to unsubscribe from SMS marketing, you will no longer receive SMS texts to your phone from us. These may include exclusive promotions, upcoming class notifications, or new product updates. Each SMS text also automatically includes the option to 'Reply "STOP" to opt-out' which will also unsubscribe you from this feature.
