Each of the scenes features beautifully digitized realistic hot air balloons. The balloons float gracefully over rivers, homes, and mountains, carrying you away to someplace amazing (hopefully somewhere with lots of notions)!

The illustrative quality of the stitch work is stabilized with appliqué underneath. The fabric peeks out from underneath ever-so-slightly, paying homage to the expertly color penciled original artwork.
